We first hired Brandon Conklin in July 2025 to reshoot the professional photos for our upscale luxury Airbnb in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, California, and the impact on our business was remarkable.

The difference was incredible. Once Brandon’s photographs hit the MLS, interest in our home was overwhelming. We received multiple offers and sold in just 10 days at our asking price. To date, our sale remains approximately $2 million higher than other comparable sales in our neighborhood.
